Megan was my salesperson, and she did a super job of explaining what was available. She helped us settle in on a computer not too large and not too small on memory, so we got great value on our purchase. My Geek squad rep also did an excellent job setting things up!

The agent moved one computer and combined it with another.

Person was knowledgeable and very nice. Install at the store was missing some data items I wanted transferred. The bad part is that you can only call the 800# and not the actual local store for anything. 800 # people know nothing and this is extremely frustrating. You need to be able to speak to a person you saw at the store itself!

The Geek Squad tech who installed and set up my new 27” iMac was very knowledgeable. He set it up and migrated my files and programs from my old iMac to my new iMac. He did a great job, the only negative is that he ran out of time to complete everything I wanted. I would recommend him.

My agent was outstanding. I am 72 years of age, and have had considerable experience with agents of all types. Tyler was the best experience I have had in memory. You are lucky to have such an employee. Take very good care of him. There are not many out there like him.
