Rez did a great job. He anticipated ways to make my laptop easier to use. He's pleasant and very considerate. Explains things well. Gave me excellent and workable ideas to solve problems.

The tech was well knowledge and set my new laptop up

The agent set up my new laptop and transferred all the info from my old one and took the time to explain everything that was different. As an elderly customer I really appreciated that. She also answered some questions about my cell phone I did not understand.

The installer was so competent, patient. Explained everything he did and how it was different from my old computer. Asked what I wanted to keep, etc. Sales associate should ask buyer how much data will be migrated, so customer knows how much time to allocate.

The technician did an excellent job, everything functioned between my Mac desk top and the new Mack notebook(an excellent product) upstairs in my wife's office. Knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. Glad I used the services of the Geek Squad to set up my new Mac Notebook.

My Geek Squad warrior set up my computer quickly and then did all the things I wanted: Made sure my computer was connected to the printer; made sure I was happy with my home screen. He was pleasant all the while he was helping this grateful old woman.

Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up my new tv. The two team members were careful unpacking and installing the tv and connecting it to all the accessories. Once installed they reviewed the options with me then cleaned up the area and left for another job

With Total Tech membership this service was free, $200 value. Would not have been able to set up on own, Geek squad technician preformed all set up tasks requested. Very helpful, answered questions and showed how to use computer, friendly and knowledgeable

I brought a new computer and I had to transfer my data. It was complete within an hour. He also had to attach a external drive to the computer. He's service was excellent and he answered all the dumb questions I asked. He even covered his shoes before entering my home!

The tech that came to my home for set up was awsome. He called giving me an accurate estimated time of arrival. Answered all my questions, did not act like he was pressed for time. Thanked me for the coffee and conversation. I highly recommend him.

The young man was really excellent setting up our new iMac, but he couldn't finish the job at home as our old iMac was too old, but he helped us carry it into the car to take it into your store. We were very happy with him and your service
