Anthony was amazing and so patient. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable bur he didn't talk down to me. He listened carefully to my questions and walked me through various stages. I was very nervous and he made me feel comfortable with the process. He showed me how to use all my new stuff and made sure I understood.

He did a good job of hooking everything up. I still haven't gotten used to where to find things.

Fred came here and kindly and quickly diagnosed our new computer that it only needed a "TROUBLE SHOOT". primarily dedicated to deleting very old Bookmarks-left over at the "COVID " Times when this new computer was installed.

The Geek Squad guy was good. The store sales person was incorrect re scheduling transfer of data & scheduling help but store manager helped me sort it out.

Brian was extremely efficient and patient with my questions. I'll wait a few days before closing down the old system but the differences are already very noticeable. Nice to be in the 21st century. Brian is a well trained, polite tech. Glad he caught my service order.

The agent installed our computer, printer, monitor, disk drive, and Microsoft Office very quickly and efficiently. He explained everything well and didn't leave until he was satisfied that I had no more questions. We give this agent our highest recommendations!

Shane did an excellent job of setting up two new desktop computers and migrating the data from the older desktops that we were replacing.

Irvin did an excellent job setting up my new laptop! He has a great personality and knows what he is doing. The 2 TV installers were ok but needed help from my husband figuring out how to install TV to preexisting TV mount above mantle. They didn't mention their names.

I don 't know if it's a windows 11 problem but this computer seems to respond to some links in unreadable format. The provided keyboard is quite flat with little feel and it has no apparent printscreen key. The mouse is lower profile and is less ergonomic than many others. This was my SECOND delivery of this model as the first one was inoperable. Geek Squad members did a nice job.

The agent was great. He set up both of our new laptops, and then transferred the data from the old ones. One of the old ones would not start up so he just took out the hard drive and transferred it that way.

Although, I was able to set up and migrate my data on my own, I appreciated the opportunity to have a Geek Squad member come to my home to double check my work. In addition to doing so, the technician took the time to provide some tips about my new computer as well as remove the hard drive from my old one.

We were very pleased with the way things were done. He was on time and knew what he was doing. We will have to have him back because the Libre Office program is not as good as Microsoft Word. lllllllland the keyboard is not as good as the previous one.

He was what every coustermer would want when the have a new product {WINDOWS 11} and need to ask a few questions. He could not have been more helpful.

Reid, my Geek Squad Service person came on time and quickly installed my new Lenovo "All In One" computer. He worked effectively and efficiently, showing me how to find different parts of my computer as I was familiar only with Dell Computer in the past.

The installer had an open appointment and he called to see if he could arrive early. I told him yes and he arrived on time. He set up my new computer, installed office programs. He also found my old programs and installed them also. He was a great asset and I would use the Geek Squad in the future.

Installation and data migration were wonderful. Turns out I did not buy the correct equipment to enable me to participate in Zoom which I was really hoping to do. My current system has no camera or microphone. The technician told me what additional things I need to buy, but
