when I lost all my files after having a malfunction on my laptop I was very upset. After having a home call appointment with Daren, he put my worries at ease. He was able to retrieve all of my folder/files and reset my calendar - both which are very important to me.

Geek Squad agent did a complete computer setup which included enhanced Wi-Fi coverage for the home.

As usual, the Total Tech associates were amazing. They had patience in teaching me, a technologically challenged senior, how to use the new devices and I really appreciate it.

The people at the store that setup my new laptop and transferred the data from old computer did a great job , only problem I had was they weren’t very personable, and made me feel like I was bothering them , but the gentleman that came to my house was fantastic

The Geek Squad tech came to my home in Atkins and transferred the data from my old all-in-one to my new one. This had to be on a Saturday, due to my work schedule. He was very understanding on this and was quick and efficient in all the work he did.

The agents mounted my tv no problems. Great service. As far as transferring your info it’s a rip off if you have another computer that synced.

Gabriel Gomez was my computer specialist. The first two guys who came didnt finish their work and I had to call and I had to call Gabriel to finish the job. He was very competent, quick and fast, smart, friendly and patient. I will call him again to install my new printer not dne.

The agent setup my new PC and explained everythng he was doing in the setup and demonstrated the functionality in addition to helpful tips of what might want to consider or not not based on understanding how will be using. Was very helpful in getting me up and running.

The Geek Squad rep was prompt, courteous, and did not make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. He answered everything I asked in great detail. He finished the work and gave me suggestions on what do do next to make my system work for me. I would absolutely call on them again.
