The agent was knowledgeable and made sure everything was working fine and I understood how to use the products before he left. He even had to come back the next day because first product he installed was faulty and I had to return for a new one after he spent all the time setting it up.

Kahn did a great job. He set up my new computer and imported the data from my old computer very efficiently. He was on time, helpful and easy to communicate with. He asked helpful questions to make sure I didn't forget anything that needed to be done and he answered all my questions.

Logan did a great job in installing our new laptop and downloading pictures from four old computers. He talked through the details of how to access all the files and how to get the best results from the laptop.

The Agent was exceptional and made sure that I understood everything about the new computer before he left. The new computer is great.

Not an easy process but the Geek agent was there to walk us through and follow up with questions we had, worth using the Geeks to do the transfer.

Eddie was very patience with me and my wife to complete all the tech things we had to do. When I called or emailed him , he got back to me. answered my questions. Now, I need him to install my new computer. The only reason that I am getting it at Best But is that Eddie will install it.

I totally recommend Total Tech Geek Squad!! They came to my house and set up my computer and transferred all the data from my old computer to the new one. I did not have to bring my computer into the store. They answered my questions and showed me features on my new computer.

The Geek Squad technician was professional and friendly. He set up my new PC and transferred the data from my old computer. Exceeded my expectations.

The agent set up my laptop, installed programs for me, connected the laptop to my home wireless internet, and connected it to my wireless printer. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions.
