The agent who came to set up my PC and transfer files was very competent but we had many glitches. Not all my files were transferred from the hard drive to the PC. So that is still on hold. Having problems with the keyboard. Letters just keep running off although I had not typed them. So things need to be fixed. Have left messages for the agent but so far the issues are not resolved.

Love the computer. Technician who came to install the computer was very professional and explained much to me. Glad I had a professional set everything up. Great job, thank you.

Excellent service by John in setting up our computer earlier this year and by the Geek squad woman this past Thurs. 3/2 who helped me for over an hour get our new computer to scan using our approx. 4 year old printer.

Victor was very proficient in his field and set up my new laptop with no problems. He gave me some pointers on how to access certain things. He was very helpful, down to earth, and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Geek Squad installed our new computer. He was very polite and knowledgeable! He gave us tips and also downloaded the old files from our old computer onto a flash drive as a 2nd backup. Great technician!

Good, but running very late. Was given option of waiting until later at night or waiting two weeks. The latter was not acceptable. HP Scan was not installed; MS Office products weren't either. Geek Squad tech did show basics and explained previous installation took much longer than thought. Even though service could have been better, Geek Squad still fills an important role.

The agent transferred everything from my broken down old computer to the new one. He was pleasant, efficient and helpful. He answered all my questions.

Home service agent transferred data from old windows 10 computer to new windows 11 computer and warned I would be hunting for data for a while. Also revealed contact list data cannot be transferred but suggested I keep the old computer available for a couple of months.

Michael Morris is the best. He has helped us several times and is always patient, efficient and professional. We had issues over two weeks w getting new computer that wasn’t faulty. Finally we are set up successfully!

The agent Mike Leon setup my new Dell computer and loaded some software and answered questions. He also checked my HP laptop recently purchased from best Buy and helped with some e-mail questions .

Travis set up my microsoft lap top computer and showed me how to get started. He came back again when I didnt do the printer or computer right. He is great and very patient. Thanks and I highly recommend him.
