The technician arrived promptly and efficiently put together all the components of my purchase, iMac air and Epson printer. I had opted for the Best Buy technical coverage so I would not have to worry with any of this, and it was worth it.

Mahreen can to our house at the exact time she said she would be here. She was knowledgeable, very helpful, and really a kind human being. If we need technical services in the future we would ask for her. After she left our lap top was working perfectly.

Joseph (Joe from Arlington Heights Store) was awesome. He came right on time and set up my new computer perfect. He professionally answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him and the Geek Squad!

We have had 3 men come to our home for service calls. All three were very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and polite. Rare these days in any trade. We would have any of the three in our home again.

I am exceedingly pleased with the work done by Joel from Geek Squad. He did a fantastic job and represents his company well. He took the time to show me all of the new set-ups and made sure that I understood everything before he left.

The two people who came to my house to set-up my new computer were very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me retrieve a lot of data from old system that had "died" after about 15-20 years.

It took 2 weeks for a Geek to arrive. I suggest more staff with service sooner. He worked for 2 hours, but was not finished and had to come again 2 weeks later. So all in all it was a month before my computer, ipad mini, etc was fully up and running. The technician was very skilled, and amiable, just due to Home Depot lack of staff, was slow getting all the work done.

Drew did a fantastic job replacing my desktop and printer and getting rid of a lot of extension cords as I went wireless. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased.

The Geek Squad assigned to do laptop set-up did an effective job. He did most of the assigned data migration from the desk top PC. I'm a little discouraged with having to truck the old tower and the new laptop to the Best Buy's Geek Squad shop to complete the data migration.

Krystal was GREAT…Personable, knowledgeable, and efficient! She transferred all the data from my old computer to the new one! Added additional storage! AND hooked up all our devices to operate wirelessly!!! Thank you Krystal!

The agent set my computer was very nice and answered my questions. I didn't like the size of the first computer and he brought me the size that I wanted and set it up. In the future if I need this agent, I will call him again.

Jeff was the best! He transferred data from my PC to my new laptop. Then he took time to walk me through the set up AND answer my question. As a "senior" citizen, it meant a lot to have his help.

Patrick was very patient and did a wonderful job of explaining and made me feel comfortable with my purchase from Best Buy. Would highly recommend him.

William Pivetz an asset to the Geek Squad. He was on time, explained / defined what success would look like and then over delivered. We especially appreciated his patience and through approach when educating us on how to use the system efficiently.
