PRO: Kory K, sales, Alex, in-house, Morgan & Michael, home consult Geek Squad were very knowledgeable & helpful in buying & set up of laptop. CON to GS: First GS tech I met in store was not interested in helping me at all (wasted appt) & what one guy knows about installing programs, other guy might not know. Added another week and appt.

Excellent service arrived on time. Installed HP laptop and HP Printer easily. Answered my questions since it is new model laptop for me. Very courteous, good Geek Squad person.

The agent set up my new computer & new monitor & my speakers and my printer. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It did not take him long to complete this job and everything is working correctly.

The agent, James Van Tonningen, went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Even to the point of making a second visit to correct an Outlook problem. This gentleman did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this service.

The agent opened my lap top computer and walked us through the immediate use and showed us how to log in and open/close apps. He did an awesome job. We are very pleased with his services.

I am very happy with the new computer, however I was disappointed when I was told that two of my tax software programs on the C drive could not be migrated from the old computer to the new one. The tech from the tax software I use was able to walk me through migrating them and couldn't understand why the Geek Squad agent couldn't do it.

The agent set up my new Dell laptop. He was very polite and efficient, answered any questions I had , showed me things I was unsure of, did a lot of explaining for me while he was working keeping me informed with what he was dpong.

The technician was very polite and efficient when he set up my computer and printer. I am a senior citizen with technology issues who needs much help. He really helped me.

Set Up New PC Desktop equipment The Geek Sq team member was thorough. He took time to present the Win 11 features & answered all questions about the new OS. He test all connectivity with the modum & our printer.

Outstanding all-in-one computer! This one has the i7 processor...great speed and recall! 27" screen is awesome!

The agent took all the files from the old computer to the new laptop. Took the old hard drive out of the computer and told me to keep it safe in case I ever needed a backup. He was professional, courteous, took COVID precautions and was on time.
