Our experience with out tech (Kory) was great! He was very professional and made the transfer from one Mac to another appear to be seamless. Having this done at home instead of doing it myself (haha!) or having it done in store made the process easy and with no stress. We've been Geek Squad members for several years and find great value in the service. Plus, we get to meet awesome people like Kory!

The agent set up and connected our new computer system. Agent transferred our data from old system to new computer system. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and did everything from start to finish--from carrying, opening boxes to connecting all the peripheral devices and transferring data. All work done in a timely manner.

Ty was professional, extremely knowledgeable and when we met a hiccup, she reached out to other reps for resolution. Additionally she was on time, communicated and confirm the appointments. The Geek Squad agent was involved with the process from the time we purchased the system through the delivery. They were on time, extremely knowledgable, and thorough. They asked all the right questions about what data we wanted transfered, optimized the system, and made sure our antivirus was in place, up to date, and active. I cannot recommend this service enough.

Joel was here for a little over 3 hrs. transferring the info from one computer to another. He made sure i knew how to operate the new pc.

The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through every step that he was doing. He asked what I would like to have on my laptop and showed me what could be done. He was friendly, courteous, and genuinely interested in my problem. I highly recommend the geek squad with employees like him.

Tech arrived as scheduled, installed new computer tower in a timely manner, made sure it worked for me. My computer had been running very slowly and the sound did not work. The computer is now much faster and the sound works properly. He also made sure the connection to the printer worked properly. It has been 1 month since the tower was installed and I have not had any problems.

When the tech came to transfer data from my old computer to my new computer there was an issue & he wasn’t able to make the transfer. So he helped me load both computers in my car & thank them to the store to do the transfer. I am so extremely pleased that the Geek Squad did an amazing job for me.

This service is worth its weight in gold. The technician transferred everything from an old desktop to the new laptop without a hitch. He even corrected some of the errors I had made. I won't hesitate to call the Geek Squad again when I feel out of my comfort zone.

HP All-In-One Big Screen Computer with Windows 11. I had members of your Geek Squad set it up. All my files were transferred at your Cranberry Store. An agent came and walked me through the basics of Windows 11 and answered any and all quesrions that I had. All of the agents were polite and knowledgeable and respectful. When I called the last agent that came, he helped me through a bit of trouble shooting which I really appreciated.

Jeff from the geek squad was able to transfer all my information from my old laptop to my new MacBook Pro. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with geek squad. He even called the next day to make sure I didn’t have any questions after working on it for a day. Can’t recommend geek squad enough and their data migration services.

I give my Geek Squad agent 6 stars on a scale of 5. He was on time, informed me of his arrival time, diagnosed what I needed for a completed set up, migrations, and connections. He was pleasant, excellent humor, totally professional, and very knowledgeable. Everything was completed, his explanations were complete and thorough. I could not have asked for better service.
