Joel was here for a little over 3 hrs. transferring the info from one computer to another. He made sure i knew how to operate the new pc.

Ty was professional, extremely knowledgeable and when we met a hiccup, she reached out to other reps for resolution. Additionally she was on time, communicated and confirm the appointments. The agent set up and connected our new computer system. Agent transferred our data from old system to new computer system. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and did everything from start to finish--from carrying, opening boxes to connecting all the peripheral devices and transferring data. All work done in a timely manner.

The Geek Squad agent was involved with the process from the time we purchased the system through the delivery. They were on time, extremely knowledgable, and thorough. They asked all the right questions about what data we wanted transfered, optimized the system, and made sure our antivirus was in place, up to date, and active. I cannot recommend this service enough.

The agent was on time and cordial. He did the data migration that I contracted for with Geek Squad. I was disappointed that the in-home service did not include erasing the data on my old computer at my site. I was told I would have to take it in to a Best Buy store to get the data on the old iMac erased. Which presents a problem: I am over 80 years. The old computer is too heavy for me to carry down the stairs. And I don't have a car.

Service agent connected in advance, narrowing down his time frame, then called me enroute which was appreciated. Quick and efficient.

HP All-In-One Big Screen Computer with Windows 11. I had members of your Geek Squad set it up. All my files were transferred at your Cranberry Store. An agent came and walked me through the basics of Windows 11 and answered any and all quesrions that I had. All of the agents were polite and knowledgeable and respectful. When I called the last agent that came, he helped me through a bit of trouble shooting which I really appreciated.

Tech arrived as scheduled, installed new computer tower in a timely manner, made sure it worked for me. My computer had been running very slowly and the sound did not work. The computer is now much faster and the sound works properly. He also made sure the connection to the printer worked properly. It has been 1 month since the tower was installed and I have not had any problems.

I give my Geek Squad agent 6 stars on a scale of 5. He was on time, informed me of his arrival time, diagnosed what I needed for a completed set up, migrations, and connections. He was pleasant, excellent humor, totally professional, and very knowledgeable. Everything was completed, his explanations were complete and thorough. I could not have asked for better service. I am so glad I purchased service thru Geek Squad.

Purchased desktop PC for elderly parents - Geek Squad were amazing with set up, how easy the data migration went (mostly pictures and word docs) and making the technology transition for my parents so straight forward with no stress. Squad member went above & beyond reassuring my parents and making the start-up process easy for them while their in their 80's and are still upgrading their home technology!

Setting up the appointment was a nightmare and I have submitted my concerns via another survey. This survey is solely devoted to the Geek Squad actual visit. Ben Meyer was absolutely wonderful. Professional, fast, and took care of my needs. Provided contact information so that I do not have to go through the awful process of scheduling through Best Buy again. I was able to have my computer and printer up and running by the afternoon of his visit.
