Technician called when he was on his way. He was on time and very polite and professional. Told us not to hesitate to call him if we had any further questions.

Benjamin was excellent in all things he did. However I've had problems with using new $1600 plus Apple computer. Most problems have been solved. A couple still remain. Can't get an Apple ID . Mouse is extremely sensitive and have to use it twice in order to open computer with my password. Red button doesn't always work. Have to keep hitting it to change page. Apple Care Tech Franky ,another nice helpful person, but I couldn't share my page to solve a problem with him. He tried for nearly an hour. He did solve another problem quickly. I never know next what is going to occur with the IMAX. I've actually have had a couple crying spells with this fast, but ornery computer.

My Geek squad appointment was cancelled twice once because one of the products arrived after the original set up date. The second was cancelled because of hurricane. Apparently all the information was not given to the tech and he said he did not have enough to do all the things I wanted done in my set up. He unplugged the lighting in the hutch were all the wires were located and unplugged my other lamps that were controlled by a switch he told me and I asked him to plug them back in and he did not. He did tell me I needed different hook ups for my older electronics. So I just ordered them and they have come in but I am not sure how to hook them up. I also need to get a tv mounting wall bracket to mount another TV in the den. Since I have total tech I hope they can do that for me and allow enough time with my appointment that the tech can complete the project.

The geek agent set up my computer and printer and he did a great job. He also taught my wife me a lot of things about the computer that we didn’t know.

Yes we were pleased with our installation with a couple exceptions, those being everything didn't get transferred on their first visit but was transferred the second time.

The agent connected my printer, transferred files from old computer and set up my laptop the way I wanted. He downloaded my Microsoft software program. Great job.

the help that I got was good. however i needed a complete setup but did not get that. I spent the next week figuring out the unit and getting the softwhere to at least come close to my old laptop. the tech said a couple of time - well thats not part of the service - ok so how do I get a complete setup?

Agent Jose installed our computer efficiently. He was on time and had called before he came.

Two young men set up my computer and transferred all of my data from my previous one. They were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Anyone who doesn't take advantage of this service is missing out.

I thought when we bought the TotalTech Plan we were getting a plan that would help us not only make sure the PC Setup and Data Migration was done properly and connecting the PC to the printer would be done and properly installed since we didn't know how to do it ourselves but now 1 month later the printer has stopped printing anything from the computer and will only make copies. So I have taken the computer in to have it checked out and am now waiting another week for a total tech representative to come out and determine why it is not printing. I am very disappointed in the amount of time it is taking the TotalTech/Geek Squad to figure out what is wrong. I feel like returning the whole purchase back to Best Buy! To have spent $1000 and not have the products connected or working properly is not acceptable!
