Your agent was on time and proficient in installing my new HP computer. He was also kind and very helpful in teaching me the new features this device has. I was totally impressed with his service.

The agent set up my laptop. He did everything for me from connecting me to the WiFi to setting up the software. I didn’t have to think.

The agent came in and migrated my data from my old desktop to my new desktop computer. It was a process I thought would take longer and it didn't but then I realized that I could have done it myself after seeing how minimal and easy the process was.
