Total Protection Plan is great

Works very well except the USB for the mouse quit working so I'm using one on the front of the computer. Don't have a clue why it stopped working.

christopher and her desktop woes

Partially my fault for not insisting I do that. Have had multiple issues with this as it only allowed for windows 11 which I do not like. My Avg tech had to reset my computer to get rid of all the updates that messed with my desktop. Only wish I could have had a windows 10 unit.Even Dell could not make that happen. If it is not broke then don;t fix it. Still don't know why my old desktop stopped working.
