My in home service experience was excellent. The person doing the in home service work was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and on time.

Generally disappointing, They did help set up the new computer, but they were unable to accomplish the data migration from the old hard drive. They quit, suggesting they come back another day. They also recommended I bring my new computer to the shop to have it "wiped" and tested for "performance>." That was done, and I got it back in three days and it was considered "working." A friend of mine came by and "tweaked" it a little, but it was having a problem with sound. That problem was fixed during the Geek Squad's second visit, other difficulties I was having with the computer, they said, are beyond their obligation and/or expertise.
