The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through every step that he was doing. He asked what I would like to have on my laptop and showed me what could be done. He was friendly, courteous, and genuinely interested in my problem. I highly recommend the geek squad with employees like him.

Jeff from the geek squad was able to transfer all my information from my old laptop to my new MacBook Pro. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with geek squad. He even called the next day to make sure I didn’t have any questions after working on it for a day. Can’t recommend geek squad enough and their data migration services.

The young man that came and set everything up for us was great. He said if we had not had the Geek Squad plan it would have cost $800 to do all that he did. We are still having trouble with the printer that we did not replace. He worked on trying to get the printer to work with the computer, but we are still having issues.

Tech got my entire computer set up and data transfered very efficiently and exactly as i desired. All my questions were answered to satisfaction. All my devices were integrated and functional. He even got my bose computer sound system to work on bluetooth, instead of direct connection, utilizing a transciever. Extremely happy with quality of help from all Best Buy employees.

When the tech came to transfer data from my old computer to my new computer there was an issue & he wasn’t able to make the transfer. So he helped me load both computers in my car & thank them to the store to do the transfer. I am so extremely pleased that the Geek Squad did an amazing job for me.

Very pleased with computer tech service. Andrew Strawb was very knowledgeable about setting up my system. He was also patient in answering any questions I had. Everything was migrated properly (this was a big concern of mine). He was also a very courteous young man.

This service is worth its weight in gold. The technician transferred everything from an old desktop to the new laptop without a hitch. He even corrected some of the errors I had made. I won't hesitate to call the Geek Squad again when I feel out of my comfort zone.

I bought an Acer open-box tower for such a low price but that is because I don't use a desktop too often so I really didn't need to spend a lot of money but I did NEED a new tower as mine was SO old and slow. I purchased the Totaltech membership because I had had it before and when the tech came to set everything up he was awesome!!! I left him alone in the living room to do his thing while I did housework and when he was done he showed me everything and explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions, which I had a handful. He was professional, personable, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and he cleaned up after himself. This is the first time I have had a Geek Squad member in my house (I always brought my tower to the store) and it was an overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone who purchases electronic equipment and wants/needs help with set-up and future help/issues with the item(s)!!!

The sales assistant who helped me buy my new iPad mini, was very efficient in transferring all my information from my old iPad mini to the new one. This saved me so much time and it was a great assurance to know that I had my information.

The agent set up my new computer and peripherals, migrated all my data from an old, old computer, made sure everything was in sync with ipad and iphone, and THOROUGHLY explained everything he was doing in simple English. I couldn’t be happier for this unstressful visit. He showed up when he said and was the most knowledgeable, patient and thorough tech person I have ever met.

The Geek Squad agent set my computer and followed the process to transfer files from the old computer to the new. Just looking at the files, it appeared that everything transferred. However, as I tried opening documents, the message stated that files cannot be opened or is deleted. I have spent hours trying to locate files. I see numbers representing files, but documents are unidentifiable. I’m not happy about that, however, everything else is okay. The representative did everything right and was very kind. A follow up visit was done to see if everything was working. Great customer service overall.

I purchased a new laptop recently & it had been several years since I had a new computer. Chris from the Best Buy Geek Squad setup the new computer & loaded various programs onto the computer. Chris was friendly & helpful throughout the process. He gave me some good tips regarding the laptop. Best Buy kept me informed regarding the appointment & Chris called to keep me informed about his arrival time.

Agent installed new All-in-one computer & attached to wireless & printer. Recommended taking old & new computers into Best Buy for Geek Squad data transfer. This was done & completed in one day. Very satisfied.

Initial installation of computer and printer done but immediately after installer left I tried to print something and it would not, called Best Buy and wanted the person to come back same day to correct but of course that was not possible even though they goofed something up. They scheduled another appt on a different day a few days later with a different person(much more knowledgeable person} and then everything good.

I was extremely pleased with Joseph! He called the day before to let me know a closer time of arrival; he arrived on time, and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. One of his outstanding qualities is his personality. He's friendly (but not obtrusive), very kind and thoughtful. He's a real asset to Geek Squad.

Best Buy -- After several in-home tech support sessions, my new computer seems to be working beautifully. Thanks goes to Andy Myers for his patience. He was so good to work with, teaching me at a level I could understand. The computer itself is now easy to navigate. Windows 11 has unique features that are quite welcome. Thank you.

Cassidy is amazing. She really knows her stuff, and is very kind and polite and explains things in an easy to understand method. I was so blown away by her professionalism and her kindness that when I purchased a new laser printer for the new computer I requested Cassidy and waited for her next opening for installation.
