I am very happy with my HP purchase. I love the sleek design of the all-in-one and everything about the way it operates.

It was hard and took a long time to move the data from the old to new computer. When the technician came back to finish it was late in the day and he did not wait to make sure everything was working ok. Very frustrating.

The agent who came out to set up my computer was very nice and courteous but only did the basics. I was very overwhelmed when she left.

The tech who performed this service did an outstanding job. He kept making sure that he was addressing everything that I needed done and explained things as he was doing them. I had an earlier appointment set, but tech was sick the day of the appointment. He said he would call me the following Monday to reschedule. He never called, never responded to text and voice messages. I called the store to find out the status and was told that the ticket for this service was marked as completed, It was a full month from the date of purchase until the service was completed.

Item purchased end of May, but not installed until July 1st. Realized the set-up staff was extremely busy and perhaps short staffed, but it seemed like it took along time to set up my new computer. printer and router.
