I have had the Geek Squad come to my home on several occasions to fix different things. They have always been professional, friendly and knowledgable. Not only did they fix the problem. they checked to see if we had anything else that we might need help with.

Andrew should get 10 stars. He was comfortable to have in my home, he set up my new laptop. He answered my questions and gave meaningful advice. He made the time to set up my printer and scanner and made sure everything was working. I'm thankful for the service that Geek Squad provides.

Excellent Customer Service !! I was worried that my data might be lost during the migration process, but everything turned out fine. My Geek Squad person was very patient with me and knowledgeable. Nordstrom-Like Customer Service...I should know as I had a 20 year career with Nordstrom.

Matt from Geed Squad did a great job in dismantling my old setup and setting up my computer, printer, battery backup and uploading microsoft office. Matt transferred all my files from my old computer without any problems. Finally, Matt did an excellent job in walking us through the new devices to ensure we could proceed without issues.

I had a very complex transition from my former laptop to my new Dell. The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of getting it up and running, turning on all the application software, and transferring huge files. For the complexity of the work, and the time it took (about seven hours for the two techs combined), this was about the best investment in PC technology I ever made. GREAT WORK!!!

Agent Nicholas Gruselle set up my new computer, transferred data from my old computer and patiently showed me how the new computer differed with the older one and answered my questions. I live over 100 miles from a Best Buy and can rely on the in-home service.

The agent was on time and extremely helpful. The data transfer from my old laptop to my new one was quick. The agent stated because I didn't have a lot of data to transfer, the install and transfer took about an hour. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend an in home set up like this again!

CODY was the Geek Squad person assigned to come to my home to set up my new Lenovo Desktop and Data Migration. He did an excellent job transferring data from my 12 year old Lenovo computer to my new computer. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient throughout the whole process. Being a senior, I really appreciated Cody. CODY DESERVES 10 STARS!

Did a great job setting up laptop, data migration and printer

The guys set up my new dresktop computer and transferred everything from my old computer over, and even installed a few programs I wanted. They showed me how to use the features on the computer & they even answered all my questions. They also fixed a couple of things on my laptop. They were professional and thorough, but easy to talk to.

The agent was courteous, knowledgeable and timely. He reviewed with me how to use my PC and the printer. He transferred all the data from the old computer to the new computer. My printer needed to be connected to the computer and it was done. He also looked at my fax machine and showed me how to replace the ink cartridge.

Anthony did an outstanding job despite a number of twists and turns based on the equipment that I have and the work that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and did a great job of explaining everything to me. He was more than willing to go above and beyond normal expectations.

Had one visit so far from the Agent assigned to my account. But so far, very pleasant, very helpful, very knowledgeable.

Agent removed my existing computer station setup and installed new one. Additionally, the agent transferred all the information from my old computer to my new one, hooked up all peripherals, and explained how the new system worked. I am completely satisfied with Geek Squad representative.

Ben is very knowledgeable and hooked up my network explaining exactly what had to be done in a professional manner that I could understand. he made sure I could operate it and explained different options to maximize the efficiency of the different programs. Tunned up my old laptop very well.

Wow...Noah, from the Geek Squad, was spectacular! He got us up and running like a true professional. He was timely, courteous and above all very knowledgeable. He did everything from unboxing our new all-in-one computer to transferring our files and explaining things in a way we could understand! He made what we thought would be a nightmare into a dream!
