I was very pleased with the service that Kyle, the tech gave me. He got my computer set-up for me and explained how he set-up some short cuts for me. He went out of his way trying to get my email set up for me. I would recommend him to anyone that needed help with their computer.

Best buy of the year. This model is larger than our old unit but takes up less space.

The Best Buy Agent, Jordan did an excellent job setting up my new laptop. The also transferred my information from my old laptop to my new device. He also provided me with helpful tip for the purchase of a new printer when my new laptop would not pair with my old printer.

The installation of the new computer was done without problems and has resulted in an usable device from the start.

My technician, Montgomery was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient and took his time. He went above and beyond in helping me understand the computer and set up various accounts. A plus! Will definitely use Geek Squad again and ask for Montgomery.

The installer was on time, very efficient and answered all my questions patiently and fully. I suppose I could have set up my first computer with many hours of work and research, but I certainly saved a lot of time having a professional do it. Well worth it.

Duplicated prior computer and everything worked great and acceptable. But sometimes it doesn't charge and I think it is the APPLE plug. I'll get it checked if this continues. Otherwise we are satisfied.
