2/13/23. Due to Carlos' exceptional tech expertise, I am finally getting my home office completely set up. Also, due to Carlos' tech knowledge and patience, I have learned (from him) several major key points as to how to use my home tech equipment effectively and very quickly. Thank you, Carlos!

Robert set up my new PC and explained differences between Microsoft 10 and 11. He answered all my questions where I was completely satisfied.

Jared found the problems with my computer right from the get-go. He was friendly and answered all of my questions in terms I understood. When things go wrong with the hardware I need someone who knows what they're doing and that someone is Jared. 5 stars and beyond.

I had an excellent Geek Squad representative. There was a miss up, a mess with the salesperson who place the order for me over the phone. It was supposed to be picked up and installed by GS. They had me picking it up. Trevor went out his way and honor my request of picking up my new PC and instaling it.

The Agent connected my computer, extra monitor and my All in One Ink Jet Printer. He was very professional, courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. He transferred all my data in no time! I love the Geek Squad!!!!

The installation of the new computer was done without problems and has resulted in an usable device from the start.

Alicia, Rich, Zach and Cole were the best. Extremely patient with my wife and I as they helped us to get our new computer to work properly. Alicia spent most of our time explaining how the computer worked. The other three gentlemen helped us clean up our mistakes!

James was outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous. Highly recommend him.

The in-stock squad talked me into having things done there, but they didn't do things correctly. My home visit by Carter Cain on 5-9 was great, fixed what the store didn't do.
