Thomas did an excellent job of setting up our router and making sure all of our devices were connected and operating correcting and optimally. He was patient and listened to our requests and could not have provided better customer service. Best Buy is lucky to have service technicians like Thomas!

The two agents came to my home and handled setting up my new computer very smoothly, answering all my questions. (I was quite nervous about doing this part myself.) They also did a great job of informing me when they would arrive on the day of service, which was convenient.

The Geek squad tech easily hooked up my computer and printer to my computer but was unable to hook up with my iPhones she even tried it with her phone . She advised me to return the one I have and get another one.

Geek Squad did not tell me I needed to do a trial run so that I knew where all the "new" stuff was. Also have to sign in each and every time I use my computer. Duh...I am very very old and do not need to fix things myself. I had hoped for perfection but I did not get it. Unfortunately my son who was living with me at the time was quite ill and died the day after Christmas so I really have not had the heart to call the Geek guy back to my house. Also I need the font to be larger...Things like that.

After the data download at the store, the Geek Squad installed my computer quickly and efficiently asking me for my input as to what shortcuts and any special instructions that I wanted.
