Great help and they make house calls

Smooth computer setup

Great in-home installation

Answered all my questions and set my IMAC and printer to suit my needs. I have difficulty with tech. Geek Squad is the best. Better techies than having grandchildren.

Very Professional computer system install

The agent was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I built a trust in his work as he proceeded through the installation process. His communication with me from the appointment scheduling thru the installation was excellent. I will continue to buy from Best Buy the merchandise that they sell. The Total Tech plan makes electronics enjoyable without facing all the problems that I have had when buying from other sources. I promote the Geek Squad to my friends and family. The service the agent provided me made for a wonderful experience. I am now enjoying the new technology that he installed!
