Installed my IMAC and HP printer quickly and perfectly in home. Answered all my questions and set my IMAC and printer to suit my needs. I have difficulty with tech. Geek Squad is the best. Better techies than having grandchildren.

Your agent transferred the information from one computer to another.

The geek squad agent did an excellent job in setting up my new PC. He was very patient and explained what was needed to get us started and was very completed about the process. Could not ask for anything better.

Im not so sure this is about the Ggek Squad or the sales person we dealt with in the store. When we requested setup of our new computer, we adked if this included data transfer as well. We were told it did. Our tech, Cassie, was very kind & very helpful, but she wasn't able to set anything up because she told us our monitor wasn’t compatible with the new equipment. She helped us find one that would work. She also said that data transfer wasn't part of our order. We rescheduled, but with a 12 hour window, I've had to cancel twice now. If im only available in the morning hours, why do we keep getting assigned afternoons? Even if we knew a few days ahead, maybe plans could be changed. Finding out the night before doesn’t give much time to rearrange (if it could be) my schedule. Im getting rather frustrated with all of this. I have to cancel tomorrow's appointment & am not able to reschedule for 1 1/2 weeks out. Maybe more staff is needed.

The agent set up my PC and answered all questions I had. He was very professional and personable. He made sure I clearly understood everything before leaving. This was all done in a timely manner.

Kyle did a great job getting our new computer up and running. Was on time, very courteous, and answered any/all questions we had for him. Also did a nice job installing the eero wi-fi extenders. Certainly appreciate his efforts.

Geek squad installed my computer. He even had to go back to the store for a connection cable. Explaining everything during installation. Very professional!

The agent set up my PC with all the important tabs I'll use frequently on my main screen. The agent made everything super easy. I havent had any issue with navigating from tab to tab.

John did an expert and careful set up of our new All in One Computer. Took the time to invite questions and provided helpful answer. Forgot to mention the need to install HP scanning software and have contacted Geek Squad online for remote installation on November 28.

The agent set up my new home all-in-one computer and had it up and running in no time. He showed me some tricks of the trade and gave me tips on how to use some of the programs and features.

Friendly professional service but I had 2 other minor installations and was told he could only do the one that he was scheduled for, despite me having bought 2 additional items from Best Buy. He said it was a scheduling issue. Service is great but would have liked to do everything at one time.

New Computer? Always buy protection. You never know when things stop working. Its always great to have Geek Squad on my side. ( now Totaltech )

Muiz was professional, friendly and efficient. I had hooked up the new computer myself, as well as my printer and speakers but he double-checked everything and was able to get my scrabble game to work!!! However, he was not able to get my OUTLOOK to work with my AT&T email address. It is still not working and I will need some help with this.
