    The agents who came for set up were wonderful they showed us how everything worked and even answered questions a few more times then normal so we would understand I would recommend this service to anyone over the age of 60 as we did not have all this technology when we were young Thanks Geek Squad

    The Geek Squad (Adrian) assembled my new desktop and screen. He did a first rate job in assembly and downloading. His expertise and patience are admirable. My main problem was dealing with securing the appointment through the "robotic" online system. It took over 12 hours to get that done. That system has low value.
