I needed help setting up a new HP Desktop tha I purchased as well as a laptop and the Tech Representative that came to my home was awesome, very knowledgable, courteous and went above and beyond to help me with my Computer needs!! I highly recommend the Geek Squad Tech Member Service it is well worth it! Thank you!!

Not pleased with "set-up";it's only a "plug-in" ..

I didn't feel chargig me $149 to set me up with a new laptop which also was a bad buy. By the "setting up" phrase, I found all that all that meant was plugging it in ....I could have had the guy-next-door do that ....In the past 2 years, I've become very disppointed ,,, BB is only grabbing at $$'s & you're obvious about it ... :( TerriArmitage
