    The Geek Squad (Adrian) assembled my new desktop and screen. He did a first rate job in assembly and downloading. His expertise and patience are admirable. My main problem was dealing with securing the appointment through the "robotic" online system. It took over 12 hours to get that done. That system has low value.

    Kevin was the only agent present and quickly and smoothly set up my new HP Envy x360 laptop in my network with HP Printer and Cox Internet modem-router. Everything functions flawlessly now. This is a tribute to my quality equipment and the first rate setup service I have received from my Geek Squad technical support.
