Geek Squad desktop service

He did a first rate job in assembly and downloading. His expertise and patience are admirable. My main problem was dealing with securing the appointment through the "robotic" online system. It took over 12 hours to get that done. That system has low value.

Everything functions flawlessly now. This is a tribute to my quality equipment and the first rate setup service I have received from my Geek Squad technical support.

Geek squad installed Pc

Advised would need other parts. Went to store to talk to Dan did research and figured something out. Dan said this shouldn’t have happened. Something should have been done when was here to install Pc. 2 weeks later came to install the printer.
