Geek Squad Service Totally Came Through

He was friendly and answered all of my questions in terms I understood. When things go wrong with the hardware I need someone who knows what they're doing and that someone is Jared. 5 stars and beyond.

Desktop setup & data transfer.

I was told one thing by the salesperson and that turned out to not be true. After several trips to Best Buy and a reschedule from the Geek Squad. All is good now !! All stars now.
