Sean is an asset, that we appreciate greatly.

He helped us update our computers and installed a San Disk device to handle 4,500 files that were in my trash. He explains complicated information in a way that we understand. He gets a A+++ rating from Neil and Kay Harris.

Geek Squad - excellent service

Got everything setup, printer, scanner, etc. Answered my questions since this is my first new computer in probably 10 years. Great service. The only down side was I had to wait awhile to schedule the service.

He moved my computer, hard drives and printer downstairs and did troubleshooting on my computer and printer. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from him. He is an amazing employee and asset to your company.

A good experience. Did everything expected. Not his fault it was a nightmare to get appointment. Online several times w no luck then drove to store and it still took 40 minutes for them to do it.

Geek Squad set up my new computer.

He got my computer set-up for me and explained how he set-up some short cuts for me. He went out of his way trying to get my email set up for me. I would recommend him to anyone that needed help with their computer.
