He quickly and efficiently downloaded all the information from her tablet. He also noted that the '0" key was not working unless you put considerable pressure on the key when striking it.

Great Geek squad home service

JJ was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly went though all those options for set up that that confused me. He also helped me understand certain Windows 11 questions. Hw was super!

He helped us update our computers and installed a San Disk device to handle 4,500 files that were in my trash. He explains complicated information in a way that we understand. He gets a A+++ rating from Neil and Kay Harris.

Geek Squad - excellent service

Got everything setup, printer, scanner, etc. Answered my questions since this is my first new computer in probably 10 years. Great service. The only down side was I had to wait awhile to schedule the service.
