Geek Squad new laptop setup

The wait was minimal to see one of the geeks. Always get this service, they can remove all the shareware and other apps you don’t need.

Geek Squad set up new computer

The microphone picks up our voices better than previous model. It was a pleasure working with James - he was extremely helpful.

He installed camera and the Zoom application and Facebook. He kindly introduced me to effectively use it, to communicate to groups and other business.

HP All in One PC Geek Squad installed.

I would highly recommend them. My only complaint would be I wish they would have scrubbed my hard drive on my old laptop after they transferred everything over to my new PC.

He answered all my questions promptly and he even came to my house on a day that wasn't fit for man or beast to be out. He is a great technician!

Excellent Geek Squad support!

He was patient and listened to our requests and could not have provided better customer service. Best Buy is lucky to have service technicians like Thomas!
