I was very pleased with the service that Kyle, the tech gave me. He got my computer set-up for me and explained how he set-up some short cuts for me. He went out of his way trying to get my email set up for me. I would recommend him to anyone that needed help with their computer.

Geek Squad agent, Daniel Shin was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. He moved my computer, hard drives and printer downstairs and did troubleshooting on my computer and printer. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from him. He is an amazing employee and asset to your company.

A nice geek came when he said he would (gasp- no one does that anymore) and did everything we needed in a timely manner. A good experience. Did everything expected. Not his fault it was a nightmare to get appointment. Online several times w no luck then drove to store and it still took 40 minutes for them to do it.

This agent quickly resolved this computer problem.

Great service and fast setup. My Geek was amazing he setup my new laptop in no time at all. The wait was minimal to see one of the geeks. Always get this service, they can remove all the shareware and other apps you don’t need.

The Agent was at my home on the exact time of the appointment. He installed camera and the Zoom application and Facebook. He kindly introduced me to effectively use it, to communicate to groups and other business.

We are enjoying our new computer - it works better for Zoom meetings, and the larger screen makes viewing nicer. The microphone picks up our voices better than previous model. It was a pleasure working with James - he was extremely helpful.

Very happy with Geek Squad Service, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them. My only complaint would be I wish they would have scrubbed my hard drive on my old laptop after they transferred everything over to my new PC.
