Dave from the geek squad did a great job setting up my new computer and hooking up a scanner to it. He answered all my questions promptly and he even came to my house on a day that wasn't fit for man or beast to be out. He is a great technician!

So great not to have to worry about data transfer from old to new computer. Great to be done by the experts.

Thomas did an excellent job of setting up our router and making sure all of our devices were connected and operating correcting and optimally. He was patient and listened to our requests and could not have provided better customer service. Best Buy is lucky to have service technicians like Thomas!

The agent was super helpful in installing printer & scanner drives for me for my printer onto my laptop and configuring both to my wifi. In addition he helped resolve a number of other laptop questions I had post set up.

The Geek squad tech easily hooked up my computer and printer to my computer but was unable to hook up with my iPhones she even tried it with her phone . She advised me to return the one I have and get another one.

The service was successful and affordable. The computer hooked up to the Internet and runs great. The original speakers were incompatible with the computer. Later in the month I bought speakers that work with the computer.

Excellent! Nice guy helped me a lot. Especially patient with non-tech old(er) lady.

the representative had been here before to debug 1 (single) issue with my $15,000 home theater purchase and he could not figure it out. He entered my house in an agitated state and he was asking so many technical set-up questions that I did not understand... so it was difficult for me to tell him what I needed - make the Logitech desktop speakers and Steelserris headphones work. He was angry that I had a desk side not a laptop and he could not get down to lookout at the back of the computer to see what was hooked up so I got under the desk. I told him that his angry aggressive rapid fire questioning was stressful for me so he finally took a breathe and slowed the questioning down... it only took 5 minutes to get the Speakers working but could not get the headphones to work - I bought all at Best Buy as well as the Arctic Nova Pro Wireless headphones... he finally hook the headphones up with the cable and told me to get a longer cable and never use wireless - ???? really???? The he spent 10 minutes complaining about the trip of call - this was a debug not a new computer set-up... I told the folks at BB as well as the call center for Geek Squad EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED... I had nothing to do with what type of service cade she used. I spent tens of thousands of dollars this past year with Best Buy for home theater, gaming room and indoor / outdoor sound system (Sonos)... VERY Disappointed customer here!!

The Geek Squad Agent was very knowledgeable and set up our system the way we wanted it. Agent Lyle discussed our options with us and we agreed on a set up. He went to work on what needed to be done and was very respectful of our space and distancing in this COVID-19 time.

The guy was great! Knew the product. He was professional in every sense. Answered all product questions. Even worn covers over his shoes. GREAT!
