Agent updated my drivers and made sure my other devices were synced.

The printer was installed, and all devices were connected. He was able to answer our questions.

The agent who came over was very professional and helpful to us. He was polite and knew his business. He fixed the problem with our remote very quickly. My wife had problems with her new computer as well both were addressed.

My TV was not mounted; just put on a stand, but it was hooked up. It is just not hooked up the way it was too my old TV before it stopped working. I am hoping to get Best Buy personnel here soon to hook everything up properly.

Computer was replaced within hours after a problem arose. Replacement tower works great for remote job.

Technician was not familiar with hardware that I got from the store and also unfamiliar with the software used and installed by the store. My primary goal with having someone out was to check the setup and help make sure it was integrated correctly with my system at home.

My setup was with data transfer, and it went very well. Geek Squad always does very well and I have never had a problem with their service.
