Well, so far, Geek Squad failed to actually schedule an appointment after a 30 minute conversation with a scheduler that detailed the installation of two new computers and data transfer. So, rescheduled (or first actual scheduled) appointment sent a tech who could not do data transfer even though it was detailed in the original conversation. The new appointment was not set up until three weeks after the aborted attempt. Therefore, I still have two computers sitting on my office floor waiting for a tech who can both set up the computers AND do data transfer. Obviously Geek Squad home help is seriously broken and could certainly use a process engineer to improve the whole system. I am almost regretting buying my Best Buy membership.

He was very polite, informative, competent, and gracious to us. He did what was needed efficiently, and quickly. He answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood how to access applications. He is an asset to Best Buy.

The Geek squad is very professional. They how to work everything!! Set up my computer and gathered all emails to one site. Also, set up a printer to communicate with the computer. Connect a small handicap item to the TV.

Tech kept in touch until he arrived. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and made sure i understood. If i ever need a tech again, I sure hope it's him!

I couldn't be more thrilled with the computer decision I purchased period the assistance I received insured I purchased a machine with the right amount of memory.

All items discussed were not hooked up. I have speakers that they were supposed to hook up, they did not.

This new Windows 11 is horrible. Now I can't use it. My background is gone today and the date is 4 days off. The new keyboard ismuch tighter and I constantlymake mistakes!!! I spend haolf anholur every morning deleting 25 junk/scams from my Outlook.

There is no one as good as best buy as far as i am concernded.I have shopped there for years.Try them you will like them .also my computer was installed by them.
