The setup seemed fine— but a few days later the computer slowed down, emails wouldn’t open, only about 10 percent of my emails appeared on my gmail account — in a word, real problems. I called to get a technician to come and redo the set up and was told that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 100 DOLLARS TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT UNLESS I FIRST USED YHE ONE LINE HELP. My earlier exoerience with the one line help was TERRIBLE. WHY CANT YOU HAVE SOME ONE COME OUT AGAIN, since the original set up isn’t working? PLEASE AGREE TO SEND SOMEONE TO MY HOME SO I CAN USE MY COMPUTER!! I am too old for “do it yourself”solutions. I await your call — not with machine, but with a real person.

The hookup of my new computer was fast and efficient. However, I am very unhappy with the transfer of files from my old computer. They are almost non-existent. Hopefully this can be corrected.

Agent wirelessly connected my printer to my pc. Needed black ink/toner purchased that from staples but that wasn't the problem because it still does not print black. I wish he stayed around to trouble shoot more but left in a hurry.

My geek squad person is very helpful for me. I am so happy with Tyler as he understands that being a senior I am not that knowledgeable about technology today. He has been very helpful with me

Agent indicated at beginning he did not handle computer hookups and suggested I take old and new computer into store. I said I’d paid for geek squad home services and could not take in. Hook up left many concerns with no questions about preferences. I tried to call store but no answer. Went in and still no satisfied answer.

The geek squad transferred all my computer and printer equipment to my dining room so I could have my office removeled. They did an excellent job.

Taylor Beldyga was very organized and installed everything without a problem. He was even able to get a couple of old school people moved into the 21st century. We replaced our 2005 computer.

Friendly and professional. Set up my computer and transferred files that were from my old computer. Set up my printer to also work with my computer.

I think the connection of two is not stable. Takes a while to wake up computer. Pressing button in back does not wake it up. You have to jiggle the screen. I is slow and takes a while.

The Best Buy rep, I think his name was Isaac, was friendly, helpful, efficient. The in-home service was well worth the cost.

After Brother printer was installed, I could not scan. called and they installed a HP program to give me a button to click. So far every time I turn on the computer It will not lad proper. I have to do a restart then it works This is why I paid the money to have it installed so I would not have problems later. I copied a CD to my computer and tried to open it, I had to select a program to play it But it would not play. I went direct to the CD and it automaticly loaded a picture to click go. so I can not play from the program loaded to the computer I need to play direct from the copied disk that I used in my truck to play. I am sure I will find more problems in the future.
