I love my new MacBook! Holden did a great job of setting it up for me!

I purposely bought the tech package with Geek Squad to have them set up my new Apple mini and monitor and printer. The technician was very professional and efficient, however he was on a time deadline and could not remain until the process of transferring everything from my old computer was complete. The transfer pretty much worked but there were a couple of glitches so I called the Geek Squad for a followup appointment and will have to wait 2 weeks for that to happen. While this is not an emergency as I have a backup laptop I can use till the desktop is ready, it's frustrating to keep getting asked for reviews for equipment that is not totally set up.

Set up of my new computer went without any problem and, in fact, was a customer oriented experience. Thanks for a job well-done.
