The Agent installed and set up my new desktop PC. He connected my printers and back-up devices. He was professional, worked in a timely manner and answered all of my questions and concerns.

the agent was polite, and clean. He was booties, over his shoes. And was on time. He showed me quickly, better ways of using my monitor.
