    The agent installed my computer and turned it on. After he left we noticed it was not two separate systems like the old one. Some data was lost.Could have been Compartmentalized like old Computer .

    The agent was to upgrade my computers to windows 11 but only one was acceptable. Due to low signal it would take too long to upgrade at my house so I took it to Best Buy in Oxford to be done in store. The agent was efficient and professional. He gave quality service and advice.

    The Geek squad came out and had the gaming computer set up and running within a short time. When they left the computer was set up and all software was running.
