Very Good & Very Awful

However, scheduling him was a 3-week-long nightmare. 2 of the other techs that were sent to my home were unqualified to perform my installation. I sent many worthless hours on your chat bot.

GEEK SQUAD AGENT NEVER SHOWED UP 12/27/25!!

NO PHONE CALL FROM THE "AGENT" INFORMING ME HE/SHE COULD NOT MAKE THEIR SCHEDULED HOME VISIT!!! STILL A WEEK LATER NO ONE FROM GEEK SQUAD/BEST BUY HAS CONTACTED ME TO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS!!! I NOW HAVE TO GO TO BEST BUY BELLEVUE TO SPEAK TO STORE MANAGER IN PERSON RE THIS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GEEK SQUAD!!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN DECADES AS A LONG TIME BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD CUSTOMER I HAVE BEEN SO SHABBILY TREATED AS A CUSTOMER!!!!

Only 1 problem
