The agents came when they said they would, but unfortunately the problem isn't resolved. The problem is Microsoft Vulnerable Driver which didn't stay connected. Not sure what to do.

He was knowledgeable, quick, pleasant....and fixed everything!

I had a wonderful experience with Geek Squad, the technician installed anti-virus program on my laptop. He was very nice and polite and patient with me.

Previously installed Adobe Photoshop. I had tried and it stalled after one minute - would not complete setup. Had asked Manager to have him show me what he was doing, but he did not. It went through, and I could not follow what he did. Used it next day, but following day it disappeared from screen. I tried to find it and could only find trial version. Called Geek Squad and ranted and raved. Set up 6 appointments, which I could only cancel 3 times, so he came out again for nothing. I had tried to insert disc again, and this time it installed, reason for cancellation. I have had nothing but trouble with set up of computer, and thoroughly disappointed in Best Buy, Apple and /geek Squad.

Excellent Tech support. Arrived on time; wore booties inside; wore a protective mask; knowledgeable; personable; explained new computer setup.

The agent completed my PC set up, solved a printer issue, answered all my questions, was professional, courteous and efficient.

My husband changed his mind about a new PC, but if when he decides to get one later I'm sure the agent will do a good job setting up.

I purchased a PC, I-Pad, and Data Transfer on 4/28/2025. Although the PC and I-Pad were set up, to date (5/31/2025), my data transfer from my old PC has not been completed. Many appointments for my in-house data transfer have been scheduled, but within a few days from the scheduled appointment, all have been cancelled by Best Buy Customer Service with no explanation.
