Don't do it

But I was very disappointed when my Geek Squad options were explained. My email contacts were not transferred and I now have to take my old hard drive to the store to get this done. What is the point of Geek Squad. Andres did work hard to get all the pictures from two different email accounts on one account and he tried to get as much done as possible in his allotted time. I wish I could return this computer and start over. I would use my regular tech person to help me.
