Geek Squad did not do anything worth the money I p

Computer compatible gave me his phone number. I called it. No answer never came back again. His name is La Beach. I am very disappointed and will not recommend your tech geeks. Please help me correct this glaring Anti-consumer stance.

for new computer set up only

I wanted a sound card installed. Not the guys fault but wasted both of our times. Somehow Best buy and I both missed the conflict.
