    Unbelievable horrible customer service. You can't even call a physical store. Every call goes out of the country to people who have no clue what to do :(!!

    2 technicians showed up only to tell me that my computer was missing an antenna. Essentially did nothing. So I paid $150.00 to be told that my computer was missing an antenna.

    Your on line support from Asia just reading from a check list stinks. The local Geek Squad have been great. A simple telephone support from someone who speaks American English and knows something about computers would be a big help rather than waiting a week for a Geek appointment.

    Substandard product and service! Not told about keyboard not having a back light, treated rudely by store Geek squad technicians. Service people keep changing the answer as to where my computer was. Had to have an outside technician undo the damage done. Computer itself is poorly made.

    Purchased 200.00 service which I didn’t need. I was told by Best Buy that they would haul away my old computer and that I could use my printer. They would bring an adapter for that. Geek Squad arrived and said they wouldn’t haul away my old computer and there was no such thing as an adapter. They said I could purchase a new Brothers printer for $80.00. Went back to purchase printer and was told (even though printers are on display) that they haven’t had those printers in 2 years. Of course now I am looking at spending another 175.00 on a printer. I went into Best Buy to purchase an iPad and have spent almost 1,000.00. I am 72 years old and living on a fixed income. Guess I won’t be eating much for a couple of months.

    Computer does not stay connected. When I went to Geek Squad about it, I was told by Ben who was at the Geek Squad desk, to call spectrum. I have never encountered such a rude, disrespectful employee at Best Buy as this man. Could not have cared less. Will not buy from Best Buy again.

    The agent retrieved my emails. But concerned than he took pictures of my modem and wanted my password. Very concerning

    I'm very angry with how I was being treated with the set up process of my computer!! I was told about 3 times that Geek Squad could set up my computer!!!! so I canceled the service

    TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Tech was to transfer Data at home location. Arrived and basically did NOTHING!! Said the store had faster internet and to take computer there. STORE KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS!

    I tried to set up ptinter and it don't work it will cost $150.00 to have quak squad to come to my house even with full tech supprt.

    Installer was very patient but left questions unanswered. Subsequent calls for assistance have been unanswered. Installer seemed no to know that we were enrolled with your totalteck program.

    Have used the Geek Squad to set up my TV in the past and they did a great job. Now I need their service again but it has gotten quite a bit more expensive
