Geek Squad installed my computer quickly.

And made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. However, there was a bit of a generation gap, when it came to burning CD's. And I got a big kick out that, when the young Tech asked me, "How you been doing that?" We both had big laugh when I replied, "Let me show you how to skin this snake, young man."

He answered all my questions, explained the differences with my old system, and left me comfortable with my new one. I've used the Geek Squad in the past and will continue to do so down the road.

Installation of computer

Why do I pay a yearly service fee - what exactly does it cover, if anything? I recently bought a TV from Jeff Lynch when I found out it would cost more for the installation than the TV if I bought it from you.

Geek Squad set up my new Dell Desktop Computer

He arrived ahead of scheduled time which was great! He was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and provided helpful tips in using my new Dell computer. Geek Squad at its best

They were so kind and attentive to my needs when bringing all my programs in and making my screen show all my familiar icons. I am 81 years old and could not have done this myself. They made the change a happy experience for me and I’m using my system with great ease. Best Buy can be very proud of these capable and kind young men.
