The Geek Squad person who set up my new iPad and linked same to my printer did a perfect job and was worth every penny.

My experience with the agent was great he was well versed on everything about computers

They did a great job setting up my new computer. He put everything on the new computer that I requested. Answered any questions that I had. Took his time to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and working as it should.

Two agents set up my whole new computer system with monitor and surge protector and DVD player. They were so kind and attentive to my needs when bringing all my programs in and making my screen show all my familiar icons. I am 81 years old and could not have done this myself. They made the change a happy experience for me and I’m using my system with great ease. Best Buy can be very proud of these capable and kind young men.

Picking out my laptop was an educational experience. I was asked about my use needs with several additional issues brought up by the store staff. I was provided options and we were able to talk about pros and cons. I made my decision and when the Geek Squad rep came, we went through the different things I would be using the laptop for. Explanations were clear and I was able to practice several applications. Overall, it was a positive and stress free experience.
