The person set up our new PC to all our other add ons, printers, routers, cd, stand alone disc drive, etc. Got it running for us. Installed Word, FB and other apps we had. Set up screen icons. Made sure all worked. Answered all my questions before leaving.

Bailey was great. Set up our new lap top and explained what he was doing as he went. He made suggestions as to what he thought fit our needs based on how we were using our old desk compter. Also explained how new HP lap top would be so much more efficient than what we were used to. Also explained security that wadd as included with the new unit. Very pleased with our set up experience!

Zack helped me switch windows 10 to windows 11 and I was very impressed by his calm and professional approach to this problem prone upgrade. It took much longer than I was expecting and caused my laptop and video screen to loose it’s image. Quick response on his part regained the image so that the conversation was properly completed. Agent setup our new computer in a very timely manner

The agent transferred all the data and some programs from my old computer to the new computer and acquainted me with some the new features of the new computer.

Th agent connected my wii and my dvd players to my tv. And adjusted items on my tv also. He did a great job. He also installed my new computer.

Philip Hendricks from the Best Buy Geek Squad set up my PC, installed Office 365, connected it to my printers, and walked me through everything. He gave me tips and shortcuts I'd never known about before that have made my life (and work) so much easier. I was so grateful I didn't try to set it up myself.
