    Your Geek Squad chat sucks!

    I did a geek squad chat, ended up with three separate reps. the last two used remote access. the first one uninstalled something and the second one couldn't correct what the first one did. I had to have Jada from Geek Squad come to my home to repair the damage they did.

    The agent was called, left several messages no return. Spoke to the store and the tech sup. I ended up cxl all services with BB and cxl all interactions. The store was useless. The only ph# they provide transfers you to the Philippines where its limited english

    The agent was of no help! He assumed (incorrectly) that the unit was much older than it was: then recommended I buy a new replacement. Why did I purchase the Geek Contract if you don't repair it. I will not renew!

    I waited all day for somebody to show up and no one did. When I called to complain and reschedule my service, they wanted to book me three weeks out from the day they did not show up. Needless to say I refused that date and requested a refund.

    Your company set up three appointments, showed for zero as they didn't know that the one and only in home installer was out sick through the 17th

    Geek squad tech was a no show for my app scheduled for 2-8-2023. The next & earliest app was 2-27-2023. I decided to return my lab top on 2-16-2023. Very poor service.

    No one called and ho one showed up! I had to call customer service to get a refund. They require you to pay for any services up front!

    Total tech was supposed to come out for an appointment yesterday on 11-11-21 at 1400 pm for an apple air pro and never showed up not real happy

    The gentleman who help set xup our computers and an extensive data transfer was named Travis, his work was excellent! Much more important was Travis was very kind and understanding to us Seniors, especially one who very afraid of new tech and afraid for her data. We can not recommend the geek squad and Travis in particular more highly! Thanks again
