Lee did an amazing job setting up our desktop computer. He made sure everything was in working order and that we were able to log in and successfully use the computer. Lee left the office just the way he found it. Keep up the grest work!!!!

The agents set up my HP computer and printer. They did not take all day to do this task, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. They also gave me very good advice about my older printer - which I love.

Agent arrived on time as scheduled and set up my new desktop computer, monitor & speakers. Connected to existing printer, Bluetooth mouse & keyboard. Transferred over all existing files & confirmed everything was working. Also showed me what I needed to know related to my new desktop with Windows 11. Agent was very professional, extremely knowledgeable & efficient, and personable. I was very pleased with every aspect of this installation & setup.

I would recommend Geek Squad service to anyone with a little knowledge to expert knowledge of computers because that's how knowledgeable the service provider was. He also provided info on what I could do with my old computer. The service was provided in a prompt manner and the technician arrived when indicated.

The team arrived exactly on time and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions using terminology that was easy for us to understand. Furthermore, they took the time to show us how to operate the new laptop and helped us locate the icons for the Microsoft Office programs we purchased. I scheduled the geek squad because I was running into trouble setting up my son's gaming p.c. They called the day before with an estimate of what time they'd arrive. It was 2 people and they confirmed the new p.c. has something wrong with it we had set it up right. I got my money back deposited into my bank for the cost and exchanging the p.c. with something wrong with it was incredibly easy and fast.

Brent installed my new desk top----transferred all my files from the old windows 10 system to windows 11 and I am backup and running...Brent arrived on time---had everything he needed to complete the changeover and accomplished it in a fairly short time and was not slowed at all by my not knowing a few passwords !! He set up my new system perfectly soon after it arrived, was respectful of my property, and patient in answering thoroughly ALL the questions I had regarding its operation after installation. Geek Squad agent set up computer exactly to our specifications and tested all connections for internet as well as the printer. Terrific attention to detail, freindly demeanor and all around tech savvy skills. So happy to have a new replacement computer up and running without any glitches!

He only spent one minute and discovered that my monitor problem was that the new Azus computer and the older HP monitor were not compatible and needed to purchase a new monitor. Didn't realize that I needed to take my monitor into Geek Squad with my old computer.

Bought a new All-in-One computer for an elderly relative. The in-home service setup was everything expected. Was informed both the night before and the day of. He came when he said he would.
