The agent did not complete his job. Said he would return, but didn't.

The agennts instaiied my new computer,very professional,very fast and i had no negative issues after the I installation.

/the Geek Squad service was excellent. All questions were answered and a description of everything being done was provided. I would recommend Geek Squad service to anyone with a little knowledge to expert knowledge of computers because that's how knowledgeable the service provider was. He also provided info on what I could do with my old computer. The service was provided in a prompt manner and the technician arrived when indicated.

TERRIBLE, NEVER SET UP MY COMPUTER ALL THE WAY. LEFT OFF MANY THINGS.

The team arrived exactly on time and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of our questions using terminology that was easy for us to understand. Furthermore, they took the time to show us how to operate the new laptop and helped us locate the icons for the Microsoft Office programs we purchased. I scheduled the geek squad because I was running into trouble setting up my son's gaming p.c. They called the day before with an estimate of what time they'd arrive. It was 2 people and they confirmed the new p.c. has something wrong with it we had set it up right. I got my money back deposited into my bank for the cost and exchanging the p.c. with something wrong with it was incredibly easy and fast.

Agent arrived on time as scheduled and set up my new desktop computer, monitor & speakers. Connected to existing printer, Bluetooth mouse & keyboard. Transferred over all existing files & confirmed everything was working. Also showed me what I needed to know related to my new desktop with Windows 11. Agent was very professional, extremely knowledgeable & efficient, and personable. I was very pleased with every aspect of this installation & setup.

My GEEK SQUAD team member, Logan, was amazing! His recommendations regarding which models of equipment would best fit my office requirements were spot on. He set up my new system perfectly soon after it arrived, was respectful of my property, and patient in answering thoroughly ALL the questions I had regarding its operation after installation. I love my new all in one CPU. Best Buy was great and transferred all my data for me and came to my home to connect my new one.

Best Buy Agents did a fantastic job. They had wonderful personalities and answered all of my questions concerning my TV. They did an excellent job on letting me know what time they would be arriving and they were on point. I would most definitely recommend everyone to shop at Best Buy. They are the best.

Bought a new All-in-One computer for an elderly relative. The in-home service setup was everything expected. Was informed both the night before and the day of. He came when he said he would. Very courteous. Took time to explain. He understood the needs of the customer (me) and the user (my relative. Our concerns were listened to and the result made me feel confident. Good job!

He only spent one minute and discovered that my monitor problem was that the new Azus computer and the older HP monitor were not compatible and needed to purchase a new monitor. Didn't realize that I needed to take my monitor into Geek Squad with my old computer.
