the guy that came was very good however the person I spoke with to set up this was suppose to transfer all the info from my old Chromebook to the one I just purchased and the guy they send out was only for troubleshooting he gave me the troubleshooting price and I waited over a week for the original price to transfer the info to drop off my checking acct. so they messed it up in the first place then a lengthy wait to get it off my acct. not the best place to purchase and get anything done

Melvin installed my Dell Desktop, got everything connected, made sure everything was loaded and functioning, connected my printer! He is an Awesome Geek Squad member, and very knowledgeable! It was a pleasure having him here in my home to get everything working!

The gentleman that came to my house was very professional and friendly. he worked efficently and had my new computer set up and items transfered in a short time.

The agent connected my computer, printer. Being it was my first computer explained many things and download apps thought I should have from comments I made. Very patient and spoke at my level. Did not feel rushed.

The Geek squad was very easy to work with and they were very profession as well as personable and met most of may demands and needs to try and make this new Dell computer transfer as easy as possible. They also answered all my relevant questions.

The service team that arrived were friendly,polite and skilled They diagnosed my computer problem quickly and made the necessary adjustments.

Geek squad got my new computer with detailed precision. Everything was ready for next step to transfer data. Also geek squad was able to get through to Xfinity to get them to verify my Wi-Fi without the sales pitch.

The agents helped me get my new computer set up and download the apps and Microsoft word products that I needed and transferred all information from my old computer.

At the time I was very happy and impressed with the set up. Everything was working great and I was happy. My internet was working, I could print and negotiate my new computer. A happy customer. Then not even a month later my computer is not speaking to my printer, my computer is off line and I then spend 2 hours speaking to the Geek squad. I pay money for Geek squad and I would like the people with whom I speak to be able to understand what I am saying. Eventually the problem was fixed but no one could tell me how this was done. When my computer is set up, I expect the set up to last at least 6 months.

Installation of new computer went very well. However, I purchased a new computer so that I could install Quicken software. Geek squad informed me he could not touch financial software.so I ended up cancelling Quicken subscription. Wish I had not replaced my Acer computer with new HP.

The Geek Squad Agent was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and patient with my questions. I highly recommend him and the Geek Squad service.
