The Agent Seth was very helpful and considerate to me needs! Cable Management, Placement of the PC as I'm partially disabled and can't lift really heavy objects due to my condition. He also helped to get all the programs etc. that I needed downloaded into my PC so I could enjoy it as soon as possible and explained everything as he worked! He also helped to understand some of the functions I wasn't familiar with as well! I would definitely use Geek Squad services again in the future because of his level of professionalism!

I bought Geek Squad plan when I bought a computer end of Nov. I was happy to find out it covered my old one from them that only worked correctly for a few months. They were unable to figure out why it didn't work correctly but uninstalled everything and reinstalled windows. It now works better than it ever did. I am going to keep it for grandkids to use. I really like my new one that they set up for me the beginning of Jan. It is Windows 11 and easy to use and fast enough for this senior. I am not a gamer so can't say how it would be for that. I know if I do anything to it, they will fix it and keep the old one going too.
