Computer is just what I wanted portable and fast user friendly

The agent was an expert and he set up the new computer quickly and efficiently so both users had access and both Google and Microsoft accounts were displayed at sign on for easy access. He provided the correct product information so we could purchase cords that supported all functionality of monitor, sound, camera and web.

Geek squad transferred all my data from my old desk to my new desk top in a reasonable amount of time.

Vincente came to set up my new desktop PC. I have always set up my PCs but can no longer physically do so. He was familiar with my "All In One" type of computer and set it up quickly and efficiently. Vince was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, patient and answered all my questions. I give a 5 star rating without hesitation.

Hugo was wonderful at explaining my new computer to me and connecting printer. He took so much time making sure I got things right with my whole new set up. I am an older person and not savvy to the world of computer programming or technology. Hugo was the right tech to send me.
