The agent was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He took care of my computer setup and printer issues in minimal time and answered all of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend him again and again!!! Happy customer!

Bryan is the epitomy of an outstanding representative of Best Buy. He demonstrates a sincere desire to make a customer leave with a good product, spend money and be happy about it. Purchasing a new TV, he made doubly sure my husband, in particular, understood the tv operation which was a more-than-difficult job, but he was patient, kind and my husband was a bit more knowledgeable leaving the store. The Geek Squad Representative installed our new tower and printer and got things up-and-running for us quickly. He answered the questions we had.

Adam Velasco is very personable and professional. He called ahead of time to let us know when specifically he would arrive. We are having issues with the computer, but that is not Adam's fault. He did everything he could to rectify the situation.

James was very knowledgeable about setting up my new pc. He went above and beyond by obtaining a new monitor from Best Buy because my old monitor was too old to hook up. He set up my computer to meet my specific needs. He is an asset to geek squad.

Geek Squad did the transfer from my old computer in store and I picked it up for Eddie to install in my home. Great service and no problems everything on time no waiting.

New Computer or Tablet Setup without Data Transfer was without any problems. However, transferring the data from the old laptop to the new one was quite difficult. I'm sure customers would be much happier if a New computer or Tablet Setup included Data Transfer

Agent Jonathan Dawson did a fantastic job with the set up of my new laptop. He will be my agent from now on. I love the in home visits as I don't drive anymore. I will be setting up another appt. with him so he can show me some more things.

Paula set up my new computer. She was fantastic. Put everything on my computer that I asked her to do. She also made sure I understood how to work everything.

Only one use so far. The Tech Rep did a good job setting up my new computer. He clesned up after himself. He was courteous and helpful. Will need a second visit to transfer old files from old hard drive to new computer. I exspect same level of setvice..

The person took time to listen to my problems and was able to quickly set up my computer and have it ready for me to use. He was polite, willing to give attention to the things I needed.

The geek squad member Justin was very knowlegeable. polite,efficient and clearly exlain the new coputer that he setup. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who is not sure of any new purchase. I have a year warranty policy with the Geek Squad.

This was done by Agent James Cachine who did a magnificent job! I will be setting up another computer later this year and I will be asking for James once again as he's the absolute best and I always ask for him to assist me.

My technician is the same one I have used for years from Greensboro. He is always very professional, helpful and friendly.

My new all-in-one computer was completely set up in an hour from right out of the box to transfering my data and answering my questions. Andre was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.
