GEEK SQUAD, is pricey, $$$, but worth the money to get the laptop set-up properly from the out-set. Is my 2nd time to have Joe & if the need arises, will not hesitate to request him again / he is good!

The Geek Squad had me up and running very quickly

He had quite the challenge as our internet is spotty at best, but he prevailed and had everything up and working asap. Professional and friendly he also gave me information so I could get the best use from the new printer considering that I am not a "geek" and am not great with technology.
