Everything I needed done and installed was done efficiently and any questions I had were answered in patient detail. Wonderful service for an 80ish lady.

Stress free and positive experience

I was asked about my use needs with several additional issues brought up by the store staff. I was provided options and we were able to talk about pros and cons. I made my decision and when the Geek Squad rep came, we went through the different things I would be using the laptop for. Explanations were clear and I was able to practice several applications. Overall, it was a positive and stress free experience.

Best Buy and the Geek Squad are fantastic

I am very satisfied with the service and the products. Moreover, I truly believe that my Geek Squad membership is money very well spent.

Kind and very efficient Geek tech man

The Pros!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy from The geek squad that did my computer setup was right on time gave me a heads up by calling me before he got there was very courteous and reliable showed me everything I need to know for a beginner at using a PC LOL and gave me his phone number and said if I ever had any questions feel free to call him and it wouldn't cost me anything so definitely five stars!
