The Geek squad mwmbwe set everything up I asked him to a my computer works great!

Picking out my laptop was an educational experience. I was asked about my use needs with several additional issues brought up by the store staff. I was provided options and we were able to talk about pros and cons. I made my decision and when the Geek Squad rep came, we went through the different things I would be using the laptop for. Explanations were clear and I was able to practice several applications. Overall, it was a positive and stress free experience.

The guy from The geek squad that did my computer setup was right on time gave me a heads up by calling me before he got there was very courteous and reliable showed me everything I need to know for a beginner at using a PC LOL and gave me his phone number and said if I ever had any questions feel free to call him and it wouldn't cost me anything so definitely five stars!

Geek squad agent was great. Made sure the computer was set up properly, testing the computer works properly with printer etc. Explained what was new and made sure I understood. Also took away old equipment and box. Very pleased. Thank you.

The person set up our new PC to all our other add ons, printers, routers, cd, stand alone disc drive, etc. Got it running for us. Installed Word, FB and other apps we had. Set up screen icons. Made sure all worked. Answered all my questions before leaving.
