The guy from The geek squad that did my computer setup was right on time gave me a heads up by calling me before he got there was very courteous and reliable showed me everything I need to know for a beginner at using a PC LOL and gave me his phone number and said if I ever had any questions feel free to call him and it wouldn't cost me anything so definitely five stars!

I am SO glad I decided to buy my new computer at Best Buy and have the Geek Squad set it up! Best Buy was very efficient scheduling my appointment, and sent me checkoff lists beforehand to be ready for the appointment, and kept me updated with email reminders. The tech who arrived to set up everything was conscientious and did a wonderful job. He not only set it all up (computer, monitor, modem, printer), he also installed the anti-virus & Microsoft Word and gave me tips on using the new computer as well as Windows 11! He was great! I am SO happy I chose Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

I had a very smooth installation of my new computer (this is my first laptop). All my questions were answered in an understandable way.

The agent who did our install and transfer was above spectacular. He was very patient in explaining how to operate our new computer and deal with the changes between it and our old computer. We are limited in our experience with technology and he made us feel like we were capable of using it without outside advice; Aside from those comments, he arrived promptly and bean working right away. He was very professional, patient and polite and did not seem at all bothered by our questions throughout his work. We could not have asked for a more competent individual to install our computer. He is definitely a credit to Best Buy and should receive accolades for the manner in which he presents himself and his professionalism in which doing so. He was amazing !

The person who came into my home to set up my computer was great- he had a really easy going personality, very professional demeaner (after all he is a stranger in my home!) and a completely helpful person overall. He answered all the questions I asked him while he was quietly setting up my system. I am so happy with best buy, geek squad, and the person who set up my computer. It took about an hour I think tops

Geek Squad did a great job and finished before expected.

The agent installed my computer, and CD drive. He was quick and efficient. And made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. However, there was a bit of a generation gap, when it came to burning CD's. And I got a big kick out that, when the young Tech asked me, "How you been doing that?" We both had big laugh when I replied, "Let me show you how to skin this snake, young man."

The installer connected the new computer, associated software and answered all our questions. He was fast, accurate, and helpful. All done with a smile. Good job. Good guy.
