Patience and Knowledge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My desktop computer quit working suddenly so I purchased a new one that had MS11 (not the MS10 that I am familiar with). The change in the programing was horrendous to me. I could not be writing now if it was not for the Geek Squad's help. They have been very patient and extremely knowledgeable in helping me through this stressful change.

Very disappointed in data transfer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. The files are duplicated in some areas, blank folders in others. Went to the store the next day, they were unable to fix it. Spent time by calling in, they helped a little. But i spent most of the next day, doing manual cleanup of my system, which still feels like a mess. The online agent told me to go back into the store to get all the temp files removed. Why wasn't this done at setup? Definitely won't be using Geek Squad to setup and transfer my data in the future.
