Great resource

As an octogenarian who is also a technophobe, the help/support is greatly appreciated and I have never felt foolish asking what might seem like (and probably is!) a dumb question.

Great service

The second one explained things that I could understand, since I am 81 it took a lot of patience. The first agent was excellent and I did not ask any question, since really did not know what I was doing. Been a client for years and never had a problem.

Great Best Buy Service

Initially, they were going to charge $49 for that service. I gave them my phone number and they was able to tell that I pay for an annual service fee to Best Buy for my computers and other devices. Thirty minute latter she was all set-up and ready to go...Great Service!! No extra charge!!

Afterward, I asked for guidance and directions on handling my new and improved laptop. GEEK SQUAD sent out a specialist who explained everything to me. The laptop runs excellently and I know how to use it more efficiently. Thanks.
