The technician was very helpful and professional. He cleaned up my laptop and helped me load photos. He set up one new chrome book I had purchased for my grandson, but was unable to do so for the second chrome book because we had issues with the google account.

the man at desk went to get me, 84, the toner and even pulled up a video to show me remove old and put in new. I DID it! thank that guy who went overboard for me!!!

Your Gek Squad professional, Star understood the challenge at hand, since she had initially installed .my new PC. Laptop, Monitor, etc. She analyzed the problems and fixed wat she could. It was decided that the Printer would need to be replaced. I bought a new printer and Star also installed it for me.

Geoffrey helped me get the cables I needed for the monitor and printer. He took the printer back to Best Buy when it didn't work properly and got me a new one. He worked fast and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The agent determined that our home WIFI security settings were too advanced for the new laptop's WIFI chip and that there was no update for the chip yet available. We decided to change the security setting to accommodate the new laptop and all works well.
