When you can get them at a reasonable time they work good, but that is the problem, getting them to show up for a emergency another problem, they don't seem to realize you also have time restrictions.

Chad solved many problems, including a new phone set from Best Buy that wasn't working in my bedroom. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. He has helped solved problems both for me and for my husband.

Love Geek Squad, especially Stacy he takes the time to explain things that us older people don’t understand.

The Home button hardly ever works. This is a real problem. The only way the iPad goes on is, if I hit it with a jolt, of power from the power cord. GS said that I would have to have an in-house repair.

I've received great service from Geek Squad. I'd recommend Geek Squad to anyone who has tech problems.

Kevin G. is amazing!!! He assisted me with a glitch I had with a new computer. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed and helped set up in a timely manner.

The agent transferred my old IMAC info to my new IMAC computer but did NOT transfer nor show us how to transfer EMAILS from one to the another. I imagine after 2 1/2 hours he had to go onto his next job.

The agent made my computer work as it should! I'm living in a small town with DSL and making everything work on my computer is very different, but the agent always find a way to make my reception better!

The Geek Squad set up my new computer for me and twice helped me "in store" with transiting old data to the new machine.

I don't remember the tech's name who came to assist me however, he reminded me that he had come out before. Again he was very professional, patient and kind and answered all of my questions.
