The person who came into my home to set up my computer was great- he had a really easy going personality, very professional demeaner (after all he is a stranger in my home!) and a completely helpful person overall. Your Geek Squad Representative, Matt, did an excellent job setting up my new desktop computer. He answered all my questions, explained the differences with my old system, and left me comfortable with my new one. I've used the Geek Squad in the past and will continue to do so down the road.

The agent installed my computer, and CD drive. He was quick and efficient. And made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. However, there was a bit of a generation gap, when it came to burning CD's. And I got a big kick out that, when the young Tech asked me, "How you been doing that?" We both had big laugh when I replied, "Let me show you how to skin this snake, young man."

I had a very smooth installation of my new computer (this is my first laptop). All my questions were answered in an understandable way.

Matt was the first, and he was a 5. Then came Adam, and he is whom I am rating now. Both were very helpful in there own way.

I am SO glad I decided to buy my new computer at Best Buy and have the Geek Squad set it up! Best Buy was very efficient scheduling my appointment, and sent me checkoff lists beforehand to be ready for the appointment, and kept me updated with email reminders. The tech who arrived to set up everything was conscientious and did a wonderful job. He not only set it all up (computer, monitor, modem, printer), he also installed the anti-virus & Microsoft Word and gave me tips on using the new computer as well as Windows 11! He was great! I am SO happy I chose Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

I purchased a new Levono computer before and had the Geek Squad to set it up for me, as I am computer Illiterate. The computer is easy to use, I appreciate the time and expertise Geek Squad put into making sure computer was in good working order.
