Chris Romero, my Geek Squad pro was knowledgeable, professional and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. He set up and connected two new printers to my iMac and MacBook Air, and now everything is working flawlessly! Excellent experience!

As always Robert did a great job. Always polite and very knowledgeable of every thing he is doing. That is why i always ask for him to come to my house. He deserves a big pat on the back for a great job.

The technician called 15 minutes before arriving and arrived well within the service window. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and immediately went to work. He thoroughly explained everything ascwell as teaching me all I needed to know about my new computer.

I recently purchased a Dell touch screen computer at Bestbuy. I arranged for the Geek squad to install the computer. The installer, Kevin, was very nice, knowledgeable, and fast. He also took away my old computer. I highly recommend using the geek squad.

Britton and the other technician, sorry i forgot his name, were very helpful, kind, and very professional setting up my dell pc. They downloaded my programs and installed my printer, keyboard, mouse,and audio devices. Appreciated their patience during the appointment.

The agent installed my new hp computer. He explained and demonstrated how to use the new features of the different programs: word, excel and printing documents.

The person who came into my home to set up my computer was great- he had a really easy going personality, very professional demeaner (after all he is a stranger in my home!) and a completely helpful person overall. He answered all the questions I asked him while he was quietly setting up my system. I am so happy with best buy, geek squad, and the person who set up my computer.
