When I was going to purchase my new laptop, I inquired how much would it cost to transfer data from old laptop to new laptop. The price was just $30.00 less than if I'd purchase BB TotalTech for a year. I am so happy I have TotalTech. The tech gave to my house on time with a beforehand courtesy call/texts. His understanding and expertise is beyond my expectations. The first printer I purchased turned out to be defective, and I had to return it. The second printer that I brought home was too challenging for an 88 year old lady to figure out. It was the same brand I originally had - an HP. It, too, had to be returned. Finally, someone in your store recommended an Epson. Yeah...this one is working very well for me!

The agent was extremely careful and informative when he set up my new computer. He helped organize the "desktop" so that the apps I needed most were clearly placed. He also gave me some very helpful suggestions about how to use this new computer. I was very grateful.
