Your Geek Squad Representative, Matt, did an excellent job setting up my new desktop computer. He answered all my questions, explained the differences with my old system, and left me comfortable with my new one. I've used the Geek Squad in the past and will continue to do so down the road.

All the Associates are not only knowledgeable but are very kind and patient in answering questions. I am very satisfied with the service and the products. Moreover, I truly believe that my Geek Squad membership is money very well spent.

The first printer I purchased turned out to be defective, and I had to return it. The second printer that I brought home was too challenging for an 88 year old lady to figure out. It was the same brand I originally had - an HP. It, too, had to be returned. Finally, someone in your store recommended an Epson. Yeah...this one is working very well for me!

The agents transferred everything from old to new computer for free. It is Windows 11 compatible and secure. It was on sale for a nice price. Plus I got a gift card. I love it!!

The tech was great! There were several problems arising from the fact that my former computer was so old. She knew how to fix the issues and in my view went way beyond what I would have expected. If ever I need a tech sent out again, send her!

I purchased a new Levono computer before and had the Geek Squad to set it up for me, as I am computer Illiterate. The computer is easy to use, I appreciate the time and expertise Geek Squad put into making sure computer was in good working order.

The Geek Squad lady who came to connect/set up the computer was excellent and helpful and showed me that I had bought a mouse and keypad I did not need which I took back. For some reason the salesperson said I needed them and in fact they both come with the computer
