The Good and the Not So Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought 2 computers from you and my husband had problems setting them up and we called the Geek Squad and it was several days before they got back in touch with us. We had a virus infect our computers and we took them back in to BB and they fixed them in a short time. This service was up to standard.

I would like you to send someone to finish the job

In Home sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't be sure if this review is for the "In Home Service" or for the Geek Squad "In Store Service". If it's about the "In Home", it was the worst service I have ever received. The techs were not given enough time to do the job, they didn't know how to do the job and when challenged about the job not complete, or done correctly, they were rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER use this service again. The techs will NEVER be allowed in my house again. The entire experience was a disaster. The computer they were to set up wasn't, the printers and scanners didn't work, the software didn't work. Absolute disaster in every way. On the other hand, I took the computer, printers and scanners to the Madison, TN location and the tech there, his name is Chad, was able to get everything to work. I have nothing but good things to say about Chad. He kept me informed, went over everything when I picked up the equipment and helped in every possible way. Yea Chad, Never again "In Home". Chad gets five stars, "In Home" gets zero and I wish I could give less.

Geek Squad warrentee was not

There was malware installed and I was unable to contact the company on line- I was simply offered the opportunity to buy more services. Was told verbally that I had a 30 day warrentee but was given no receipt or verification. Had to hire someone else to fix it.

Bad Agent Work Ethics
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not able to even use my device because of the persons who have been accessing through network tunneling and using certain keys and paths that I am unable to detect or even find so I am not happy with my last service, as well as being ignored and not being taken seriously as well, I have so many different questions and I still have no answer. Agent ignored and didn’t even finish the details of our request. Still have a computer not working properly with an account hijacked by stalking intruders. Can’t even get my submission done without a fight.
